Module 8.4: HR Consulting


This sub-module introduces the students to HR Consulting as an area of specialisation in management consulting as well as the derived standardised and non-standardised methods of problem solving. These topics also are highly relevant to general mana­gement. The objective is to provide students with a basic understanding on the areas of HR Consulting and how to align with classical management consulting.
