- Methods for identifying, analysing and tackle the common problems in the business
- How to select the right problem-solving method for your enterprise.
- Steps to implement effectively in the enterprise
Episode #3: Leadership Out of the Box Specialization
- Learn key techniques for overcoming imposter syndrome, managing high performance teams, and having difficult but important conversations.
- Learn how to give and receive feedback, and develop your coaching skills, as you enhance your ability to energise yourself and motivate others.
