Unforgettable moments of MBA-MCI short course 2022: Leading in the new normal

Having gone through 4 episodes with a variety of interesting and useful topics about Digital Entrepreneurship, Data-Driven HR strategy, and Leadership trends in the new normal, the MBA-MCI short course 2022 “Leading in the new normal” came to an end.

During the 4 episodes, the program is so happy to witness your complete participation of students, simultaneously, highly rated in the useful knowledge and information through the lectures, and sharings based on the authentic working experiences of Professors and industrial experts accompanying with students during the course.

Dr. Andreas Hinz – Lecturer at FHNW – in the sharing of Digital Entrepreneurship in the Episode 1

Mr. Le Huy Luyen – Digital transformation consulting expert at FPT software company – was sharing with students in the panel discussion in Episode 1

Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Van – HR director at DKSH Vietnam – was sharing about HR management trends by using data in Episode 2 “Data-Driven HR Strategy”

Mr. Phan Thanh Viet – Student from Intake 11 of the MBA-MCI program – discussing with the speaker about the role of HR management in business in Episode 2 “Data-Driven HR Strategy”

Besides, the Episode 3 with the topic “Leadership trends in the new normal” was organized via Zoom meeting, but there was a full participation of students.

Prof. Dr. Pieter Jan Perrett – Lecturer at FHNW – with the lecture of leadership trends in the Episode 3 “Leadership trends in the new normal”

Prof. Dr. Barbara Eisenbart – Start-up and Digital innovation consulting expert, and Mr. Tran Nhu Khai – CEO of Orchid Chem VN Co., Ltd. (2010 – 2022), in the final episode ” Wrap-up meeting & MBA-MCI info session”

Finishing the course, certificates of the course complete were awarded for some students with full attendance 

Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Tu – Student from intake 12 of the MBA-MCI program –  received the certificate of the course completion

Mr. Tran Thanh Huy – Student from intake 12 of MBA-MCI program – received the certificate of the course completion

Ms. Le Truc Linh, Alumni of MBA-MCI program, received the certificate of the course completion

Students took picture together in the last episode of the short course “Leading in the new normal”

MBA-MCI program hopes that the course will help students to update new knowledge and management trends for them in the post Covid-19.
