The diversification of career, working position and nationality is a crucial feature of an international MBA program. In 2010 and 2011, MBA – MCI program has enrolled 7 international students from Spain, Portugal and Sweden. Thanks to variety in nationality, students can approach and learn about typical features of culture, enrich knowledge on communication culture as well as local business environment. Moreover, beside listening to professors, students get more knowledge by observe many different perspectives of their companions which also create dynamic class. In 2012, we enroll 2 more students from Germany – Martin Haussmann and Timo Schmelze. Despite unfamiliarity for the first time coming to Vietnam, they quickly adapt with new friends and enjoy the class.
